Established in 2014, Ngân Hà Biotechnology Company Limited is the first enterprise in Cao Bang to be granted a certificate of operation in the field of biotechnology by the Department of Science and Technology. The company’s staff with their long-term vision combines scientific research with practical application, contributing to the development of the local economy, especially in the fields of medicinal herbs and typical agricultural products.
One of the company's outstanding achievements is the projects of breeding Dendrobium officinale - the medicinal orchid  and developing Herba Dendrobii -the medicinal plant.These initiatives not only create job opportunities for the community but also contribute to the conservation and development of the region's valuable medicinal resources. By its continuous contributions to the field of medicinal herbs over the past decade, Ngân Hà Biotech was honored to be awarded the title "For the development of Vietnamese medicinal herbs" in December 2023, affirming the company's pioneering position in the research and application of medicinal herbs.

Enhance the value of local agricultural product
Not only focusing on medicinal herbs, Ngân Hà Biotech also promotes the development of brands of typical products such as “Nep ong” sticky rice and “Nep huong Bao Lac” (sticky roce), contributing to increasing the value of Cao Bang agricultural products and promoting local culinary culture. These products have appeared at many trade fairs and tourism events, attracting the attention of both domestic and international markets. Taking advantage of the province's existing potential, the company expanded its operations into the field of eco-tourism combined with medicinal plant agriculture by the typical project "Rhododendron Valley in Trung Khanh District". At the 8^th Asia-Pacific Geopark Network in 2024, the company introduced local specialties such as precious medicinal herbs, sweet chestnut yeast, Nep Ong sticky rice, Banh Khao (The sweet short cake made of roasted glutinous rice flour ), Banh Chung (stuffed sticky rice cake), Banh Gai (black glutinous rice cake), Gynostemma tea, clean bamboo shoots and wild grape wine... Thereby, it contributes to promoting the unique cultural identity of the locality to domestic and foreign tourists. Not only focusing on business, Ngan Ha Biotech also actively participates in community fundraising programs, demonstrating social responsibility and commitment to accompany the sustainable development of Non Nuoc Cao Bang Geopark. Because of these positive contributions to local tourism development, at the Conference on implementing tourism and UNESCO Non Nuoc Cao Bang Global Geopark in 2025, Ngan Ha Biotech is 1 of 5 units awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Cao Bang province for their contributions to the development of Cao Bang Tourism in 2024.
