After discussing, representatives of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Party Committee leaders, the People's Committee of Quang Hoa district agreed on the following directions: For the road to the Magic Eye Mountain heritage site in the territory of Quang Hoa district, we will upgrade and expand the road section passing through Ban Danh valley. The road needs to be designed in a friendly way in harmony with the landscape, such as using soil-like concrete or paving stones. After expanding, rearrange the stone fence on both sides. To serve the 8th Asia Pacific Geoparks Network Symposium, it is necessary to complete the creation place and strip for the road before August 2024. Agreed to deploy parking lots at Mr. Luc Van Tuan's house and tourism services to create livelihoods for people such as horse-drawn carriage transportation services for guests...directing departments and board of the district accelerated the supporting cooperative model activities progress with the direct participation of people in Ban Danh Lung Tao village.

In addition, in the work program, the attending members agreed on initial opinions on the content and location of advertising signs at Ma Phuc Pass and gave preliminary comments on the Bach Linh Temple renovation and embellishment project. Quang Hoa district is located on the "Experience Traditional Culture in Wonderland" route, the main tour route for international delegates visiting the Geoparks Network Symposium in Cao Bang in September 2024. Therefore, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the People's Committee of Quang Hoa district always coordinate closely to ensure the implementation of recommendations from UNESCO experts and actively carry out preparations for the International Conference.
