Field survey on the development of Non nuoc Cao Bang Geopark

Following the schedule, the expert delegation conducted a field survey to evaluate the development of Non nuoc Cao bag Geopark, select additional sites for the 5^th Geopark tourism route connecting Non nuoc Cao Bang Geopark (Cao Bang Province) and Dong Van Karst Plateau Geopark (Ha Giang Provine).

The expert delegation conducted a field survey on the 3 routes of Non nuoc Cao Bang Geopark including: The West route – “Experience Phia Oac – The mountain of transformations” with the following sites in Nguyen Binh District: Ban O tungsten mine, Phia Oac panorama, Dragon-back panorama, Tran Hung Dao forest, Cockcomb mountain panorama, Lang Mon ancient coral; The North route – “Experience History and Freedom” with the following sites in the Districts of Hoa An and Ha Quang: Kinh Le temple, Nguom Slua cave, Hoang Tung stone garden, Nguom Boc cave, De Doong temple, Luong Noi brocade weaving village, Keo Yen panorama, Nung Tri Cao temple, Soc Giang hanging valley and Pac Bo Special National Monument.
Sites surveyed on the East route “Experience traditional cultures in a wonderland” in the Districts of Quang Hoa and Trung Khanh: Ma Phuc Pass, Mountain Angel Eye, Phja Thap incense village, traditional paper factory, Pac Rang forging village, the Magic stone, Chestnut garden, Little Ban Gioc, Lan’s homestay, traditional water wheel, Khuoi Ky stone village, Nguom Ngao cave and Ban Gioc waterfall.
After the field survey, the delegation will meet with the Provincial People’s Committee.
