Networking activities among members of Non nuoc Cao Bang Geopark partners

February 10-11, 2023, the Management Board of Non nuoc Cao Bang Geopark conducted a field study tour as a chance for the members of Non nuoc Cao Bang Geopark Partner Network to gather and exchanging their experience for the development of their business and the network.

The Geopark partners visited some restaurants, homestays and hotels that are well managed and attract a large number of tourists such as Lan’s homestay, Moc homestay, Nasan Green Farm, Khuoi Ky community-base tourism village, craft villages such as Dia Tren traditional paper making village, Pac Rang forging village and some geosites. During the trip, geopark partners exchanged the experience in their business such as activities on reception at their establishment, tourism products, establishment building and development, coordination with the Management Board of Non nuoc Cao Bang Geopark and geopark partners to find the market for traditional craft products, etc.

This trip was organized to enable the geopark partners including tourist service providers, owners of restaurants, hotels, homestay, traditional craft villagers, transport service providers to get together and share their experience to thrive together. After the field study tour, the Management Board of Non nuoc Cao Bang Geopark discussed the activity plan of the Geopark Partner Network for 2023 with the Geopark partners, exchanged ideas for the development of the Network and the Geopark. This trip also paved the way for the Geopark partners to discuss their cooperation in association with benefit sharing among network’s members and community, towards effective implementation of sustainable tourism and service development in Non nuoc Cao Bang UGGp.
