Exciting activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army

On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 - December 22, 2024) and the 35th anniversary of the National Defense Day (December 22, 1989 - December 22, 2024), from December 10 to 22, secondary and high schools in the Geopark area organized many meaningful extracurricular activities for students in the area.
Ca Thanh Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities (Nguyen Binh) organized the experiential activity "Discovering Non Nuoc Cao Bang Geopark with me" at the Tran Hung Dao National Special Forest Relic Site (Nguyen Binh).
Towards the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 - December 22, 2024), Na Bao High School, Ca Thanh Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities, Trieu Nguyen Primary and Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities (Nguyen Binh); Hong Sy Secondary School (Ha Quang); Hong Viet Primary and Secondary School (Hoa An) ... deployed the experiential activity "Discovering Non Nuoc Cao Bang Geopark with me" at historical sites: Pac Bo Special National Relic Site (Ha Quang), Phai Khat - Na Ngan Fort Relic Site (Nguyen Binh), Tran Hung Dao Forest Special National Relic Site (Nguyen Binh) ...
Dam Quang Trung High School (Ha Quang) conducted general cleaning and offered incense at the Memorial House of Senior Lieutenant General Dam Quang Trung.
During the extracurricular session, students were introduced to the historical traditions of the Vietnam People's Army in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland; offered incense and flowers to commemorate General Vo Nguyen Giap and 34 soldiers of the Vietnam People's Army; participated in skill training activities, cultural exchanges... Through the experience session, students were educated about the heroic traditions of the Vietnam People's Army, the good qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers" and the nation's morality of "When drinking water, remember its source".
Hong Sy Secondary School (Ha Quang) organized a painting exhibition about traditional craft villages in the province.
In order to express the gratitude for the great contributions of heroic martyrs and revolutionary soldiers, Hoa An High School (Hoa An), Thach An District Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities (Thach An), Dam Quang Trung High School (Ha Quang), De Tham Secondary School (Cao Bang City), Quang Trung Primary and Secondary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities (Hoa An), Nguyen Binh Secondary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities (Nguyen Binh), Tra Linh Secondary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities (Tra Linh) ... implemented the program "Repaying gratitude" with many practical activities, typically:cleaning the graves and cemetery grounds of martyrs; visiting and giving gifts to families of policy beneficiaries and war invalids in the area; visiting and giving flowers to Border Guard soldiers; launching a wall newspaper composition contest with the theme "Uncle Ho's soldiers"; participating in painting contests with the theme "I love my soldiers" on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army; organizing the experience of "Border Lesson"; participating in art performances to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army....
Hong Viet Primary and Secondary School (Hoa An) visited and gave gifts to policy families in the area.
Extracurricular activities not only create conditions for students to study, experience, and practice life skills, but also contribute to fostering national pride and love for the homeland. From there, spreading awareness of preserving and promoting revolutionary traditions and arousing the spirit of studying, striving, dedicating strength and intelligence, contributing to building and developing the homeland to become more and more beautiful for the young generation in the Non Nuoc Cao Bang Geopark.
Nguyen Binh Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities (Nguyen Binh) presented flowers to Border Guard soldiers at the Military Command of Nguyen Binh district.
