Expressing his pleasure to receive the U.S. Ambassador, Mr. Hoang Xuan Anh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee affirmed that the working visit of the delegation of the U.S. Embassy carried a significant importance, helping stimulate the cooperative relation between Viet Nam and the U.S in general and between Cao Bang province and the U.S. Embassy in particular. It was nearly 30 years since Viet Nam and the U.S. established diplomatic relations on July 12th 1995; then, on September 10th, 2023, the two countries upgraded the bilateral relations to a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership for the purposes of peace, cooperation and sustainable development. With these solid foundations, he strongly believed that the Viet Nam – the U.S Comprehensive Partnership would grow deeper, more effectively and substantially in all fields and at the bilateral, regional, and multilateral levels.
Over the past time, the relationship between Cao Bang and the U.S. Embassy in Viet Nam has been increasingly widened and developed more effectively and substantially. Cao Bang was very pleased to receive the aid of the U.S. Office of Defense Cooperation for Quang Trung Kindergarten Project, Quang Quang Comune (Hoa An District). Up to now, the project has been handed over and put in use, which provides kids with a spacious, clean and beautiful learning environment with modern equipment.
