Nguyen Binh Ethnic Minority Boarding Secondary School organized an extracurricular session to learn about Non nuoc Geopark

Following the extra-curricular session, the members of the “Geopark ambassador” club of the Nguyen Binh Ethnic Minority Boarding Secondary School visited Ban Gioc waterfall Nguom Ngao cave, Ban Gioc waterfall checkpoint and Khuoi Ky community-based tourism village. The field learning trip provided students with new knowledge that are useful for their schoolwork. After the trip, the students had deeper knowledge about the local history, culture and the geosites that they visited. Thereby, educating the “Geopark ambassador” club members about the pride for the homeland and the nation.
 

The extracurricular sessions aim to improve the communication and education about the local history and culture as well as the awareness about the preservation and promotion of heritage values of Non nuoc Cao Bang Geopark for the students. Thereby, raising the sense of initiative and creation of schools in communication and education about the responsibility in preserving the cultural heritage of Vietnam in general and of the indigenous culture in particular.
