Promotion of Non nuoc Cao Bang Geopark at the Ceremony of 79th Anniversary of the Vietnam People’s Army

On the occasion of the 79th Anniversary of the Vietnam People’s Army, on December 22nd, the Management Board of Non nuoc Cao Bang Geopark carried out activities on communicating about Non nuoc Cao Bang Geopark to delegates and visitors visiting Tran Hung Dao Forest Special National Monument in Tam Kim Commune, Nguyen Binh District, Cao Bang Province.

At the ceremony, the delegates recalled the establishment and development history with glorious victories of the Vietnam People’s Army over the periods. The glorious victories of the Vietnam People's Army over 79 years are the results of the training of the Vietnam Communist Party and beloved President Ho Chi Minh, the protection and support of the people nationwide and the valuable aids of international friends. Especially, it is the sacrifice of many genrations of revolutionary comrades and soldiers who were clever, brave, resilient and willing to sacrifice their life for the national independence and liberation and people’s happiness. The ceremony is also to educate and increasing the pride of glorious revolutionary tradition of the Vietnam Communist Party, of the nation and the spirit of “determination to fight and win” of the heroic Vietnam People’s Army.

The event took place with art performances prasing the Party, President Ho Chi Minh and Cao Bang. Attending the event, local people and visitors had an opportunities to experience many activities such as exhibition of pictures entitled “Non nuoc Cao Bang-President’s footprints”, folk games, exhibition of promotional materials of Non nuoc Can Bang Geopark, reading books at multimedia library and the contest of cooking khau lam (sticky rice in bamboo tubes), etc.
