The director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism spoke at the meeting: Cao Bang is actively implementing the work of promulgating the overall plan of the symposium and establishing a specialized subcommittee. The province has invested in fixing up the city, the provincial convention center, accelerating the museum project (including the Geopark exhibition space), renovating facilities at 4 routes, preparing to open Experience tourist route number 5 connects 2 Geopark Non Nuoc Cao Bang (Cao Bang) and Dong Van Karst Plateau (Ha Giang). Upgrade the website and symposium portal to update information for delegates. The Department of Culture, Sport and Tourism also advised the province to develop a specific timetable to complete specific work items and organize press conference to promote the symposium.
At the same time, delegates discussed, summarized, and agreed on the main contents of the symposium; discussed task assignments between relevant parties and roadmap; arranged people resources to support the organization.
