Workshop on preserving traditional craft villages and promoting community tourism villages in the Geopark area

At the workshop, delegates were informed about community tourism activities in the Non Nuoc Cao Bang Geopark area; and activities of the Non Nuoc Cao Bang Geopark Management Board in preserving and promoting cultural values. At the same time, discuss the difficulties and advantages in preserving and promoting cultural values associated with sustainable development goals at community tourism villages and traditional craft villages in the Non Nuoc Cao Bang Geopark area. 
 

The workshop, it helps delegates raise awareness about conservation and promotion of craft village products, specific programs, plans and jobs. Products created from traditional crafts have promoted value not only in life but also contributed to increasing the value of products in tourism development. Since then, ciltural identity has been preserved and promoted, becoming an indispensable factor in introducing and promoting homeland tourism to all over.
 

According to the plan, from April 14-17, Non Nuoc Cao Bang Geopark Management Board will deploy activities to learn from experiences on the preservation of traditional craft villages associated with the development of sustainable tourism and community tourism for Geopark partners and residents living at Non Nuoc Cao Bang Geopark heritage sites in Lai Chau and Lao Cai provinces.
