Training for students of the Diplomatic Academy in Hanoi to participate in serving the 8th Asia Pacific Geoparks Network (APGN) Symposium

At the training course, students were introduced to information about the Global Geopark Network, Non nuoc Cao Bang UNESCO global Geopark; Information about the APGN symposium and activities at the  APGN syposium 2024 in Cao Bang; Develop a task assignment board and a task deployment plan according to the assigned position.

The students exchanged, discussed and built detailed plans for scenarios, coordinated activities to carry out the reception, inauguration, and logistics work performed by the students at the Symposium: ceremony reception at airports, convention centers, meeting rooms, hotels; booth support; support cultural space; Volunteers transport and explain on the bus.

Through the training course, student volunteers were provided with information about the Global Geopark Network, Non Nuoc Cao Bang UNESCO global Geopark; activities of the APGN symposium; roles, tasks, coordination regulations while performing tasks and developing plans to implement tasks: Receptionist, Logistics, Ceremony. Thereby contributing to ensuring thoughtful reception and logistics for the APGN 2024 in Cao Bang, demonstrating the spirit of hospitality and local cultural identity while promoting sustainable tourism development. , promoting the heritage value of Non nuoc Cao Bang Geopark.
